Coffee And Oats Breakfast Smoothie
A cup of coffee and a nutritious breakfast is unchangeable in most of our lives. Muddling these 2 in a blender is a time saver and keeps you full for long hours. This breakfast smoothie is protein-rich, delicious and gives you an instant energy boost, and only requires a handful of ingredients. You can also add in protein powder, chia seeds, ground pumpkin seeds or berries for extra nutrition and flavour.
INGREDIENTS : –
- 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee (chilled)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:-
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add more milk as per desired consistency. Serve immediately.
